Dr. Melinda Docter brings over 35 years of experience in special education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and educational program development. Holding a Doctorate in Education from Pepperdine University, she is also a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Dr. Docter has developed ABA programs for universities, led special education services, and published research on autism and behavioral treatment. As Chief Clinical Officer at The Behavior Group, she ensures that the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained while leading ongoing training and development for staff.
